Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the ActionBoard.ai platform, tools, desktop clients, or services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 Governance & Parent Entity
ActionBoard.ai is a proprietary product owned, operated, and maintained by CloudsCockpit Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All intellectual property, platform features, control plane architectures, and infrastructure frameworks are the exclusive property of CloudsCockpit Inc.
02 Infrastructure, Hosting & Model Performance
To maintain performance standards, system integrity, and operational security across the ecosystem:
- Approved Infrastructure Providers Users and communities hosting AI model inferences must deploy and run their workloads exclusively on infrastructure providers validated and approved by CloudsCockpit Inc. Unvalidated third-party hostings or unauthorized infrastructure deployments are strictly prohibited.
- ISO Certification Requirement Model performance is only measured and recognized when operating on a CloudsCockpit-validated, ISO-certified provider for AIOps.
- AIOps & Baseline Layer ActionBoard.ai provides a baseline optimal infrastructure layer integrated with an AIOps interface designed to automate operations. Any modification to, or circumvention of, this underlying infrastructure layer without explicit written consent from CloudsCockpit Inc. is prohibited.
- Audit & Compliance A full infrastructure audit report is available to users at any time within the ActionBoard settings under the “Audit and Compliance” section.
03 Data Ownership, Encryption & Bank-Grade Security
All customer data, research assets, and environment configurations stored on or processed through ActionBoard.ai are managed under a Shared Responsibility Model:
- 100% Data Ownership CloudsCockpit and its suite of services ensure that the user owns 100% of their own data.
- Encryption Standards All user data is fully encrypted using private keys managed via AWS and Cloudflare KMS (Key Management Service) services.
- Bank-Grade Infrastructure Users requiring bank-grade protection infrastructure must purchase either the Pro Max or Business Max plan. These plans include 24/7 dedicated support and a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- CloudsCockpit Inc. Responsibility We are responsible for securing and maintaining the underlying platform infrastructure, Control Plane, dedicated pod provisioning, system-level security updates, and global system uptime.
- Customer / User Responsibility Users and lab administrators are responsible for managing role-based user access controls (IAM/SSO) within their pods, managing local encryption keys, maintaining workspace configuration integrity, protecting credentials, and ensuring that data uploaded or executed locally or in hybrid pods complies with applicable privacy laws and institutional regulations.

04 Custom Tuned Models & the AgentFormation Pipeline
- User Rights to Private Models Users retain full rights to any private action models they build, train, or fine-tune using the ActionBoard AgentFormation pipeline automation system.
- ActionBoard AgentFormation System The multi-agent AgentFormation orchestration system — including the AgentFormation Desktop Client and Server Orchestrator — provides the foundational framework for building these models. While users own the output models they create, the AgentFormation pipeline methodology and underlying 5-Lion architecture remain the intellectual property of CloudsCockpit Inc.
05 Intellectual Property, UI & Design Restrictions
The Platform contains proprietary designs, visual layouts, and workflow structures developed by CloudsCockpit Inc.
- UI & Action Panel Protection Users are strictly prohibited from copying, cloning, reverse engineering, replicating, or transferring ActionBoard’s user interface (UI) designs, layout patterns, visual components, or action panels to any external software, third-party platforms, or competitive services.
- Knowledge Base (KB) Files & Monetization Users and university/community AI labs are not permitted to monetize any community AI lab knowledge base (KB) files, training datasets, or documentation derived from or used within the Platform without prior, formal written agreement from CloudsCockpit Inc.
06 Licensing & Acceptable Use
- Licensing Model Platform access is governed by per-lab or enterprise subscription licenses as agreed upon in your commercial ordering document or onboarding agreement.
- Compliance & Audit Trails Users must adhere to acceptable software execution standards. Any attempt to exploit, bypass audit trails (including Proof-of-Thought logs), or interfere with multi-agent orchestration (such as the AgentFormation agent framework) will result in immediate termination of access.
07 Limitation of Liability & Termination
CloudsCockpit Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform or Dedicated Pods for any user or entity found to be in violation of these Terms, including unauthorized infrastructure hosting or IP copying. CloudsCockpit Inc. shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of research compute, or indirect financial damages arising from user-managed configurations under the Shared Responsibility Model.
